TO MARDAVE SIG

Hi Guys

I have started a new SIG for Mardave. I thought it would be a good place to bring all the showroom entries and videos together. Although It's probably only going to appeal to the UK (all are welcome) as I'am not sure they where sold elsewhere but as the V12 racing is so popular now and the RE RE of the cobra etc it would be interesting to bring together the history of Mardaves legacy This forum thread can be used for the Sig as a place to chat and get tips and advice on the make. I will ask the mods also if the thread gets enough use to move it into "other makes" along with kyosho etc.

I used to race mardave but wasnt good so crashed alot and ended up selling. I love there website but I guess thats because I made it lol

Think we need to keep this on topic but to answer your question M03 tyres can be glued to Mardave V12 wheels.

We can use this thread in conjunction with the SIG for hints and tips etc just like the other makes etc.

I got a great tip, dont use a brushless system in a Meteor.. as much fun as it was the spur gear didnt cope too well

Brushless meteor reminds me of Jeremy Clarksons V10 corvette powered Food blender ! Enormous fun for 90 seconds then liquified contents !

Mardaves Caterham is a cool modification of the V12, did a few races with mine.. great fun.

I started racing a v12 hotrod at morecambe a few weeks ago - and am loving it (although I always come last...)

My new gearing and radio gear should help me out tonight, fingers crossed

Anyway I am not a member anymore so cant join the sig, but thought I should show my support, will get a pic up when I can get the camera working again!!
