Beadblasting Service

Hi,

I have just invested in a bead blasting cabinet to help with my Scorcher and Bruiser restorations, for those who are not sure what it is, its compressed air, that blasts tiny glass beads, like fine sugar, onto metal surfaces, getting them back to a dull finish, like new. It is completely harmless to the metal, and the only real way to get old metal clean.

If anyone out there wants their metal bits back to like new, i will blast a complete set of Sand Scorcher parts (the metal bits only) for 40, including the postage back to you. We will blast them and get them sent back to you in less than a week.

I have taken a picture of before and after of a gearbox casing, but it is terrible, sorry, bad light and a digital camera that i dont know how to use for close ups!

I am not a business, just a private individual, looking to put some use to my blaster and give fellow tamiya fans a great service.

No probs dude, just wondered on the size, thats all, don't have any metal parts on my R/C cars, but plenty on my big car that you could polish!!

Hi Again,

I have ended up getting a much larger setup, a much big compressor, which means i can do this is half the time now and hence just 22 posted back if anyone is interested.

Have done a few SRBs and 3 speed diff casings and knuckles, people seem delighted with the results.
