not uk based (why do you necessarily want a UK person anyway??? ) but I have what you need - basically the other half of my very own VLB third shock mod conversion, ie full 70mm shock, with the right spring, just add oil. will also include the aluminium bracket to mount it on the chassis and some small hardware.
