either a drop of threadlock or get a nyloc nut(looks slightly bigger than a standard flat nut and will have a band of coloured nylon inside it at the top).

Guys,

I think I tighten em strong enough, and yes, I was using the nut with nylon end.

About new nut, I think they're new, I just bought this Mighty Bull brand new.

I might gonna try the nail polish, but I prefer other way.

Nyloc nuts only hold tight the very first time they are used - once undone and refitted you lose probably 50% of the grip. That's why on real cars nylocs have to be replaced every time they are disturbed.

The wheels won't fall off your MB with new nuts fitted - simple as that. Anything else is at best a bodge.
