Wanted Light Fittings

I am after the little plastic parts used to hold the leds in place. have search but cant find any. please let me know if you have some spares or know where to get them from. i am after 6 of them.

Are there not different ones for different models?

i thought they are almost all the same. If there are different ones i am after the ones that are used on tt01 drift shells. they are a chrome "L" shape bracket. I need them for my Volvo FH12.
