Chrome plated wheels for the Lunchbox are from the Wild Willy II. Gold Chrome plated on the gold Lunchbox. I'm pretty sure the Blackfoot ones are the same as Monster Beetle. Anyone?

I don't think they make chrome wheels for the KBF anymore. (Doesn't mean you can't still find them) They are 2.2 inch wheels so you'd need to stretch the stock tires or get different ones. The Wild Willy rear wheels won't work because they use a hex instead of the pie-thing. If you go to TamiyaUSA.com you can order the chrome wheels for the Midnight Pumpkin.

If you go on Ebay.co.uk you can buy a brand new set of chrome wheels for the lunchbox. I just bought a set for my Midnight Pumpkin.

The KBF wheel in my opinion is way nicer looking than the LB wheel. problem is that it has a hex hub instead of the LB five point. this can be remedied with the frog hex adapter or the HPI wheel adapter. In addition stretching the 2.0 tires on a 2.2 wheel makes them wallow from side to side. You can't just slap on a set of 2.2 tires as most are too tall making your wheelie bar ineffective. Running a set of low profile 2.2 tires like the imex claw dawg is a good option.

KBF tires are too large on their overall diameter. Your wheelie bar will not contact the ground and the truck will flip over backwards very easily. If you do use the KBF wheels, you need a 2.2 tire that has a smaller diameter like the imex claw dawg I have on my pumpkin.

Thanks guys, I put a lot of work into this truck. kingofrimz, good luck with your pumpkin. Have you ever thought of putting aluminum wheels on it? for a while JPS was blowing out their aluminum lb/mp wheels for $20 a pair. http://www.jpspro.com/images/Flyer%20Lunch%20Box.jpg

Are they still selling them for that? $20 a pair is crazy cheap! I want a pair of front Tri's and a pair of rear Tri's for my King Crunch (Lunchbox). I bet they won't post to OZ though. The plain I don't like but Diagonal Spoke are not bad either.
