Making TT01 go faster

Hope someone can help. Thanks a million in advance if so. I've got a TT01, and have hopped it up a fair bit, got a new ESC, 15T motor etc and it's really fast.

However, the performance is waning recently, and it seems to be losing its edge a tiny bit the more i use it, and I know people maintain motors but have no idea how. I have never touched this one after I put it in.

What I think i mean relates to changing "brushes"? How is this done? Probably easy if you know how...

ask Dazmeister. Judging by the TT01 rally car he ran this weekend I think it's safe to say he knows how to run it fast
