hi i'm new to tamiya club and was wondering where is the best place to take my toy's i have the following, CC-01, Subaru Brat, Mini(m03), DF-03RA, and a TT-01 RTR anybody got any ideas. ;)

i would say penenden heath in maidstone certainly for the cc01 df03 and brat there is some tarmac for the on road stuff but its not that good and normaly has cars parked on it i would also check out the anyone fancy a bash in kent thread i have been along to quite a few of these meets and always come home happy great bunch of guys masive range of cars everything from 1/18th brushless mini t up to 4wd 1/5 scale marder and almost anything in between. hope to see you at a kent bash some time soon :)

If you want a large tarmac area, the commuter carpark at the top of Bluebell hill (The entrance is a bit before the slip for M2 London bound) is good at weekends. There is also a small patch of grass at one end.

i went there once when i bought my brat only problem was the battery that was supplyed was not charged!!! look's like i will be going there on the 4th/5th weekend though.

there is a purpose built road track up in chatendean near hoo used to be used for races now un-used.

year no problem if you go up 4 elms hill take the first turning on the left, on the left there is a school turn left there and follow the road, when you get to the roundabout go 3rd exit there may be some gates locked but if you park up there it's on the left, also if you follow these directions you can see the track on google earth. hope this helps.

hi everyone if there is anyone who is in to crawling up hills muddy inclines etc there is something for everyone down at upnor in medway go to the main car park then enter the woods at the back then if you want to have a bit of fun and get the last out of the batteries you could pop down to the beach afterwards. i've been there today and spent 3 hrs there and got my cc-01 mega dirty when i subscribe i will up load my pic's if the weather is nice i will be back down there on monday.

have fun your never too old.

hey there paul just a thought it may be worth ur while having a look at the ukrcrc forum in the events/meets section under kent/medway crawling as there are quite a few guys in ur area and we are planning a get together for 18th from lunchtime i,m sure u,d be more than welcome if u can make it. i should be there with my xcs, crawler and other bits
