Ford Escort/sierra Cosworth Shells

Hi all,

I've spent the last 30mins or so trying to track down a 190mm Escort or Sierra Cosworth shell for my TT-01. Has anyone any ideas where I can get one from?

Kamtec. They do them in lexan and hard plastic. I'm doing one of their Mk1 Escorts at the moment (The M-Chassis sized version). You'll have to look at their eBay shop as their website is 'under construction'.

The Tamiya Escort RS/WRC body can be hard to track down at a reasonable price.

Mk1 is the only Escort Kamtec do. I don't know of anyone doing a Mk2 Escort or I would have one of them too (M-Chassis/V12 size).

Good luck on the hunt for a Tamiya Escort Cosworth/WRC body, I searched for years and was lucky enough to get a NIB bodyset a few weeks ago from another TC member. The Cossie is very high on my list of favourite cars.

i'd love all the tamiys cossies, tiger stripes, the michelin and a respol would look sweet together, if they re released these they'd make a killing i reckon!!

I sold my Cosworth with tiger stripes for an pittance back when I passed my driving test for a bit of petrol money, so gutted now
