Original Grasshopper For Sale

Hi

I found my Grasshopper in the loft and thought my boys could play with it. I went to a local R/C shop to get a new battery and they said it would be a shame to let the boys use it and that I should list it on this website.

It would be a shame NOT to let them use it!, for the price of a new battery they could have an excellent introduction to R/C,...

Unless of course you will use the money to buy them a new kit and help them build it?

I agree, GH parts are so cheap and easy to find it is a shame not to use it. If it was somthing like a srb,959 hilux ect then I would say restore it and shelf it but Grasshoppers don't really have much vintage collectability or significant value. Im guessing it will go for no more than £45 at the most, but £35 is more of a realistic figure. You couldn't even get a cheap basher for that so really you should keep it and use it.
