Hey would anybody be interested in monster beetle aluminum steering knuckles with higher ballstud mounting pad to reduce bumpsteer, aluminum body mounts and aluminum skid plate that the rear bumper attaches too. All parts will be CNC machined. And if there are other parts you would want let me know.

Sounds like a winner. Got any examples for us to drool over?

The aluminum shock mount are probably going to be done also i was also thinking about wheels but due to the size they will be a little more expensive to make unless i had a bunch of people that wanted them.

Im thinking about a 2 piece wheel design so the thicker aluminum pieces are not needed as the bigger material is much more expensive for making a one piece wheel of this size.

What about a metal "G1" part that supports the shell???

Yes G1 is a very week part and i will take that with me to my buddies place and get a quote on that. I just talked to him and he is finishing up my cand scorcher coilover kits as we speak.

Good man, I'm still interested...

Ok sounds good, i just waiting for some of my sand scorcher, rough rider coilover shock kits to sell.

After my G1 bit snapped I glued it and made it stronger with some of that metal securing strap you (or used to) use to fix car stereos to the firewall/bulkhead. Found some in the bottom of my toolbox.

Seems to have done the job.

I haven't forgot about the monster beetle parts, my guy that makes my parts has a son who races mini sprint cars, but I dropped off the steering knuckles today and stock wheels also to have machined out of aluminum.

Wheels are still coming but my guy bought a CNC lathe now to go along with his CNC mill so the wheels will be made on lathe when it is set up.
