Problem On King Cab Manual Download

i tried to download the King Cab manual in Large print view but pages 01-02-03-04 give an error and don't charge the image.

Any suiggestion, can it be fixed?

Ditto on the Hilux.

It works as a small or medium size, not as a large for printing.

anyone know what the issue is?
