Best On Road Nitro Tamiya?

Hi all. Was wondering which on road nitro tamiya model was the best as far as standard hop ups, handling, speed, etc?? I don't have any yet(except tr-15t) & wanted opinons before lashing out & making a mistake. Thanks.

Why nitro? If you really want the noise, smell, and mess then nitro is good, but electric brushless on lipo will keep up with or outrun most nitro's.

I already have a lot of electric cars & to be honest I'm a bit addicted to anything tamiya(like everyone else around here it seems) & I don't have any on road nitros yet & was thinking of getting one. Just can't help myself, try to have something from each style of car/chassis. Although they have their problems you've got to love the smell & noise!! I did originally say too myself I wouldn't get any but have since got an hpi savage xl & the tr-15's I mentioned.

TGR or TG10R

I have a TGX and it's real good as a basher. Tough and reliable, but nothing special in the hop ups, handling, or tuning department. Good fun nonetheless though.
