I have put my newly restored MB up for auction.

The car is 100% complete; it was striped down and rebuilt it to a 'professional' standard. All broken parts were either replaced or repaired. The gear box has been rebuilt and race ball bearings have been added, through out the car. The original white body was striped and painted to a very high standard. This rebuild has attempted to stay as close as possible to the original Tamiya car to the extent that original body clips and an original clear aerial tube were used. The car has also been calibrated with the radio gear and everything is in full working order. It will just need a 7.2 battery for the car and batteries for the transmitter.

How much did it go for if you don't mind me asking???

Hi Connor,

Let me just say I received an offer I could not refuse, and it did not involve a horse's head in my bed :P

Based on my research restored and boxed examples of Tamiya Monster Beetles generally go between £150 - £250 depending on quality and demand.
