My First Sand Scorcher

Just bought my first Sand Scorcher off E-Bay. Seems to be in very good nearly complete original condition. The rear cage is in poor condition so i have bought a new one. Still need a sunroof, cam locks and would like a manual.

It's my second Tamiya R/C, also got a Wild Willy 2.

It was going to be a runner but i've just bought another off E-Bay, so will get this as good as money allows and use the other one.

I want one of the chrome front bumpers for this one. Which ones are the best to get and where from? Seen a few on E-Bay but unsure which to go for.

I just love VW's, had a split screen van (should never have sold it), currently own a 67 Bug and a 06 Bug.

Back in the day i had a Super Champ, gave it away years ago when i helped clear my parents attic. Always love the Sand Scorcher and Rough Riders back then aswell.
