Looks great but two things:

1: Everything goes better with AC/DC (read: Thunderstruck)

2: There was no moment of catharsis. As the character arc builds, where is it going? Where is the central conflict and how does it get resolved? Where is the release for the jealous audience who doesn't get to see you do something crazy and break something, melt something, or otherwise let the smoke out of an electronic component? I'm thinking about the moment Hotspur has Falstaff hung, or Hamlet realizes he had been poisoned and abandons all reason...

lol, just kidding dude, that ride runs hella better than my Hotshot, and yours is real!

Like the way you have the car disappear from one shot on the beach to appear from the same side on the gravel etc (am sure there's a techy term, the wife might know she did Media Studies or something), and that 'shot looks like right at home too.

Top stuff for a first vid Sir!

Nice job. I have to say, it would've been better without the "music." Taste in music is such a personal thing. We don't all share it. But we all do share the love of RC.

It is hard to make a good video without a separate cameraman, you did a good job. One can only do so much while keeping the car on the screen.

There was one guy over on rcgroups who made micro helicopter videos of himself flying with his HelmetCam. Only problem with that is that one couldn't leave the house without extreme dork-shame.

Here's my first RC vid. I was lucky enough to have my wife running the camera for me. Yours took a lot more work; there wasn't much editing or compling for mine.
