I cant see the pic but the m chassis is cool, i have the m03 r racing chassis kit and lots of hop ups for it, and not built it yet but had mo1 before and the fwd ones are some of the best fun on road i ever had.

any 540 motor ive gone for a tamiya acto tuned m motor, and just normal 7.2v stick packs also have an xb finished 94' monte carlo mini body and a an unpainted one to!

Thanks

Lee ;)

Yeah just went on to get a bodyshell for 1/10 QD Lancer and that came up in a few of the searchs so i thought why not. Were you watching it ?

Yeah I was, but as I already have an M03 for racing I almost certainly wasn't going to buy it. ;)

I think you got a good deal there.

I have Futaba radio I'm about to add to the trades if you need one,40Mhz am transmitter, receiver, two servos, all mint.

Thanks for the offer the only things i am short of is, ESC and a Motor (get bodyshell later) but will have to have a word with the girlfriend as its my 36th birthday next Thursday ;) Will put some pictures on when it arrives and then some more after i have given it some TLC

You're going to love the mini. They are so much fun to drive its just sick. They don't require any hop-ups, other than bearings of course, to be an absolute blast. I've recently put an M-class Acto Motor in one of mine and it really flies, but the best part is the front tires last a bit longer now b/c they don't spin quite as much. Good purchase!

Well i will see after i have blown some cash at B&Q. Don't mind the spend at B&Q as its to sort out my new work area in the Attic (19 foot long and 30 foot wide) so i can escape to peace and quiet. Also have a Tamiya Vintage Bush Devil in the post coming towards me so i will see what i have left and try and convince girlfriend that some RC stuff would be a great birthday present ;)

Mini arrived Saturday, took these pictures

Have a new set of wheels and tyres, esc, motor pinion and plastic parts on order and should be ordering the motor, motor plate and servo mounts after i have seen how much cash i have left. If anyone out there has any servo mounts going spare or cheap i would be eternally gratefull as the full set of C parts is £14 from Time Tunnel and i only need the two bits. Was thinking of putting a Tamiya 53068 Sport Tuned Motor in it if it would fit. Thanks to everyone who has helped so far and to anyone who offers any :(

PS. Girlfriend didn't buy the bodyshell :( , but she did buy me a nice new fascia for my mobile, told me to buy the bits i need for the mini & paid for my 12 month subscription to Tamiya Club B) And she has more planned for my birthday on the 23RD July. What more could i want :)

EDIT: Got my new wheels and front knuckle (think thats right name), motor pinion last night and according to my stepdaughter my ESC is waiting for me when i get home tonight. Just need to get my self a motor and a bodyshell with any of my left over wage after direct debits gone out. Will post some more pictures later.

Got a few bits of Ebay, various online shops and Blacque Jacque.

Starting to look better already

Cheap wheel set but was skint so will replace shortly

Took Blacque Jacques advice and put a standard can in had fun spinning it and running it around in the empty attic (due to be my new work area) All i need to do now is sort myself a bodyshell out :D

Thank you to everyone who has helped me out so far

That looks cool!

I absolutely LOVE the M-03's, there are a few around here who get together to race them and they are a blast! They are pretty bulletproof and can take a proper hammering....within realistic limits of course.

I have put the EZRun 13T in it and they go like poo of a shovel. The great thing about the HW motors is the ability to set them up with the program card...low punch for getting the power down, and I limit the top with the EPA on the radio. Very little maintenance required and coupled with YR 3200 Lipos which give about 35 mins of runtime.....and RC is easy fun again!

NICE!
