Wanted, Some Parts For M-04l

I have just purchased this,

it has a few parts missing,

The battery clip,

The arieal mount, and I need a pinion and motor plate,

I can provide the Part numbers later on,

If anyone has any parts spare please let me know

Also what pinion do I need?

Will any 17, 19 or 21 do?

Pinions are 0.6 mod, avoid the Tamiya alloy ones, they're way too soft, get an RW Racing steel one, about £3 & last you forever.

The motor plate is the standard card thing that comes with all kits, if you don't have one laying around PM me your address & I'll post you one, I have several.

I might have an aerial holder & battery clip too, if I have, you can have those as well.

No worries, I'll bring them along (if my ageing memory doesn't let me down )

Demon must be out of 19's at the moment, but they're not the only supplier, Google RW racing pinion & you should find others.

Failing that, Fusion sell steel ones branded as Ansmann, but a bit more expensive.

Hi, I am still looking for a Pinion gear for my M04-L,

The mad bull has a 17T, will this fit the M04-L?,

Just for a test untill I find a RW one?, Thanks

Nope, the Mad Bull uses 32dp (0.8mod) gears, the M04 uses 0.6 mod.

Stockists include RC-Direct, Apex Models, Model Junction, and Fusion Hobbies, but if none of them have the one you want, you could always phone RW themselves.

diametric pitch as opposed to mod which is an abbreviation of module.

Just received an original manual thanks to WRC action (thanks )

No more squinting at my computer screen and waiting for pages to load.

Also made my first order at Fusion Hobbies for the pinion after all this time.
