battery run times?

having recently run my stock baja champ for the first tiome recently i was disappointed by the run times i was getting from the battery packs?

i was running 1700mah & 1800 mah and i was getting about 10-15 mins from each pack, is this normal, the car is stock with the crappy plastic bearings, could the run time be improved by ballracin the car?

answer to both questions is yes. you could go to an electronic speed control for even more improvement

it is running a esc, not a msc at the moment, any ideas which bearing kit it is?

That car uses (24) 5x11 bearings. You can find a cheap set of chinese bearings on ebay for around $10, and they're just fine. Search for "TL-01 bearings"
