use a very sharp craft knife and go around the body till it has cut threw dont push to hard other wise its easy to slip and rec the body as i found out

I prefer to use a very fine permanent marker & draw lines where the final cuts need to be, cut out roughly (shy of the lines) with scissors or aviation snips, and finish carefully with a sanding drum on a dremel. Windows I tend to do with a steel burr & then finish by hand with files + wet & dry paper. :)

For Kamtec shells, I used the same method as with lexan - go over the cut lines with a sharp knife, again and again, until it gets deeper and deeper, then it just folds off cleanly. The sharp edge can be tidied up with sandpaper.

I also use the same technique on the windows - cut a nice deep score with the knife, then punch it through with a finger. Always works for me [:)]

I use the special curved scissors made for lexan bodies then finish off the rough parts with a dremel. Very little work involved with perfect results every time.
