According to the BRCA Clubs list there'e Gloucester Electric Racing Car Club not far away.

Hi,

I live in gloucester and race at GERCC. We meet up at innsworth community centre every friday night. The doors open at 7 O'clock and racing starts at 8 O'clockish. We race touring cars, buggies, mardaves and tamiya mini's and micro's - all indoors. There can be a lot of heats some nights!. Tonight was pretty busy... A night's racing will cost you four quid, but i think your first night is free. If you decide to race regularly then you will need to join the BRCA for insurance purpose and from then on it's four quid. We do have hand-out transponders and you can also bring your own.
