Hi,

I want to become a paid up member but might have a slight problem. I originally created an account (non paying type) a couple of years ago when I first found this site but never really had time to get back into the hobby. I now have the time and want to sign up as a paid member but have since changed my email address and had lost the password for my original account so I created this one a few months ago. Just before deciding to sign up I found the password for my other account and would prefer to us that one. I therefore have a couple of questions.

1/ How do I change the email address on the first account? Do I need to become a full member first as I can't see a way to do it at the moment?

2/ Can I have two accounts registered to the same email address? If not can I get this account deleted so that I can register the other account with my new email address?

Sorry to be a pain but I would prefer the original user name. If the answer is no then I will just use this one.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Andy

You can subscribe as your old account no problem, and once subscribed, change the email address to whatever you want.

The email address on file is your login email, but you don't need to receive any mail from TC in order to subscribe.

Just log in using your old email address and password, subscribe, then edit your acoount details to your new email address

You can't have two accounts using the same email address, so when you're ready to go, PM me and I'll sort out the email on 'Linkguard' so you can use it on your old account

Andy - you should be all sorted now - email sent

Henk - forum account deleted, main site one can't be deleted though, so it's been 'disabled'
