Help Please... Having Trouble With Tire Sidewall Decals Adhereing

I am building a JTCC FF kit and am having trouble getting the tire decals to stick. I tried cleaning the sidewalls of the tires and I even used CA glue and the decals just will not stick. anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!!

warm the tyres and stickers up a bit with hair dryer.. that should make both stickier... and make the sticker easier to follow the tyre's contour.
