I have called Tamiya, and they told me that there is no way to purchase the bright shiny bits that once adorned my Rover Mini.

Has anyone ever bought the chrome bumpers from Tamiya?

Anyone have a set of bumpers forsale?

Did you ask about the XB Mini Cooper as it is the same body and uses the same chrome pieces, look up the part number under the XB parts listing and see if it is still listed. Should be the "J" parts but you have to check to be sure.

The parts are listed at Fusion Hobbies and Time Tunnel Models, contact them to see if they can get hold of them as although TamiyaUSA doesn't have any more it doesn't mean other shops and distributors around the world don't have them.

Alternatively put 'tamiya' and the part numbers into ebays search to find them for sale there.
