TB Evo III Diff Help!

My tb evo iii differential sounded awful so i decided to clean it out, once finished i tried putting it back together but couldnt, the cap screw couldnt reach the nut, upon looking in the manual i realised a small plastuc part was missing which the nut drops into, can u seal the diff back up without this plastic part?

No, not realy, this is used to lock the diff together. For the cost of the part, it isn't worth wrecking a pair of diff outdrives for it.
