Grasshopper Tyres

Hi guys

Just start to build my Buggy Champ.

Now If got a question about the tyres. I would like to fit the Grasshopper Tyres, just because I think they look nicer. I am not sure but from pictures in the internet it seems that the hole in the BC Tyres are bigger than the ones in the Grasshopper Tyres.

Does anyone of you fitted the Grasshopper Tyres on the BC? Do I need the tyres the wheels and the wheeladapter from the Grasshopper or fit the Tyres on the BC wheels.

they should fit fine mate.

just the tyres on the bc wheels should do you!

edit: just checked a bc wheel against a grasshopper wheel

the bc wheel is a couple of mm bigger in diameter. not sure whether this is just the style of the external rim though, and internally it could be the same

tyres have a bit of give in them, so I still think they would go on ok.

get some tyres and try.

BC wheels and Grasshopper wheels are different size. So can not put Grasshopper tires on BC wheels.

i think you could get them on, but you would pull the skin off your fingers trying!!

get some GH wheels too mate.

the GH tyres in their own wheels will go onto the BC fine.

If you are feeling strong though, stretch the GH wheels onto the BC wheels (and post a pic)

Will order the tyres and the wheels. Post a picture as soon as I am done with it.

The shocks gave me a hard time, so I take the easy way with the tyres. :-)
