My New/old 1;1car

hi all

thought i should post some pictures of my new/old motor

as u all know i did have a mk2 cortina awhile back(sold it april09)

got this shortly after i bought this from staffordshire

it took over 5months to sort it out

as u can see it does need body sorting

but has been on road for 2month`ish

triumph mk1 2000 estate,4speed with overdrive,1966(the last time england won world cup) does around 30mille to the gallon(6.6km/per litre)

fully comp insurance £113.85 a year 34 yrs old,no points.

Very nice - my neighbour has a white 1968 Triumph 2000 and up until this summer had an estate version identical to that including the colour but in a much worse state of repair. I asked him where it went and he said into storage somewhere.

Gotta love old cars Just a shame my welding/mechanical talents aren't up to keeping one on the road

thank for comments,fuel i put in is 115.9 per litre,,,shell v-power,,,wicked stuff when u use it,,more octane
