Skottoman, what colour is the beetle painted in as i have just got one and didn't want to paint it stock. That orange colour is what i'm after.

It's Fascolor "Copper". I used an airbrush, and then mixed my own "Cream" color for the sides.

THis is my M01 based Ford Capri MkIII with Motorsport frontspoiler and rear Turbo spoiler.

The body is a modified Kamtec..

Very nicely done! The lexan bodies make great clear window glass for the ABS bodies. I'm doing almost exactly the same thing you have there to the Kamtec Mk1 Escort V12 body.

My 3, the yellow one is a standard m03, just sits on the shelf. The copper one is a 4x4 ABC chassis, running a 9turn, currently needing some parts after hitting a dropped kerb at full chat . Orange and black one is the tramp lol, my main runner car, I had a tt-01 for a while and spent loads on it, then realised I prefered the mini! Its a m03 r (the one that comes with all the blue bits) but has various plastics replacing some of the alloy, as I found it needs some flex, has carbon gear spindles, ballraced, mantaray ball diff, 11 turn motor, carbon quick release battery kit, and a few other bits. Its much more battered now lol,l and has new wheels as the chrome ones finally started splitting. Goes thru tyres a bit too lol.

Here's my M-04L, with non stock body (it came with a BMW M-Roadster) which ive recently ditched for this beauty.

I had an awesome time drifting this in the snow

Just pulling this up to put in my latest body on my M05:

Its not 100% the same as Ken Block's Impreza because the decal sheet was 1/10th, the body 1/12th so some bits had to go (the 43 on the roof for example), but I'm happy enough. It looks decent!

Oh, we've got a Ken Block Subaru DC Monster hat, so have a couple of obligatory posey pics.

Another reason it isn't the same as the Impreza I'd imagine is because it's a Skoda Fabia WRC

the bmw i picked up for 20 quid with some spares including 2 quick motors which i will be trying out in my pumpkin maybe

just put new gears in it as they were egged shaped but it just a basher in the street im not making it pretty it might even get used for a project yet .

the mini now has a new chassis and all nice and clean and will be getting new body and wheels at some point! it does have a slightly hopped up motor and bull raced i love it , my mate has the monte carlo one and they are great fun together

My question is... Where do you get these Fabia WRC bodies (in M-chassis or regular tourer scale)?

I know there's a club somewhere with pretty big meetings and scale rally courses - there are many cars there that Tamiya never released: Many pugs, the Fabia, etc...

Someone posted a site a while back for the regular tourer scale, (can't seem to find it) but I got mine (for the M chassis) here.

I loved the Datsun 240Z as a kid and even saw and heard some nicely modified cars done up by friends & enthusiasts. Here is one I enjoyed painting and making up my own vinyl decals. It sits nicely on my MO5!
