Is this a Ball Diff or gear diff ?

I am rebuilding my M03 and was wondering if this is a Ball diff or gear diff ? and what kind of matinece should I do to it ?

Should be a gear diff. Gear diffs need a lot less maintenance than ball diffs, they just need a small amount of grease and they're good.

REPLACE IT WITH THE BALL DIFF FROM A MANTA RAY,IT GIVES BETTER GRIP DURING ACCELERATION,A BIT LIKE AN LSD IN A REAL CAR

THEY DONT TAKE TOO MUCH LOOKING AFTER AND ARE WORTH PUTTING IN AS MY MO3 IS BETTER OFF FOR IT AS IT TURNS BETTER AND GRIPS MORE!

Better get the TA-03 ball diff in stead of the Manta Ray one, The TA-03 ball diff is an improved design and easier/cheaper to get.
