what glow plug

Hi guys, i was out with my car today and the plug has now gone. I now dont really know what type of plug to replace it with as i have seen many on the net all with different heat ratings. A mate of a mate gave me a plug with A3 on it will this be ok, *** on guys help me out i'm new to all this.

What engine?

Might be able to guide you in the right direction then.

sorry guys. Its a ford focus wrc03 xgb with fs12 ss engine and tgs chassis cheers

Get an OS #8 plug this is the best all round plug

The A3 is also an OS plug which would work ok but it's a colder plug than the #8 so starting your engine would be a bit harder!!
