Other than a water break-in and a good bushing oil, no. At least not without cheating.

A good ESC will already have the proper capacitor with it. Adding more won't help. Especially something as tame as sport tuned.

That remind me: A good ESC with adjustable drive frequency will add punch to a stock motor. The lower the drive frequency, the more punch you get...
