Finally Finished!

Afternoon!

Well after searching for over a year for a new or good condition shell I have managed to finish my Tamiya Ford Mondeo

I ended up paying a stupid amount for a ready painted and stickered shell. However it has never been run so its all good!

Nice! A great model which I have myself. I used to go and watch the BTCC back in the day and on their parade lap when they sat on the roof of the road car versions I'd always shout 'Goooooo on Radisich' in a slightly annoying yell. The first few times he'd look around bemused, then he clocked me once, and from the next race on he'd always point and give the thumbs up with a cheeky grin whenever I shouted it!

I was too young to really understand the BTCC when that Mondeo was running but I have the videos now and it is by far one of the coolest cars on the grid. Plus Radisich was a **** hot driver!

The only thing I havnt been able to get for this is the tiny Ford stickers that go on the wheels. I will just have to keep my eyes peeled for them

nice one! i have one i love it unfortunatly its not as tidy as yours but it does get used out on the road

I am currently building up a shelf queen focus aswell Cant seem to find the original wheels anywhere though! I bought a set on eBay a while back that were described as good condition but when they turned up they were all kerbed up!

my focus is mint i bought it off ebay about a year or so ago and it had never been run.the mirrors and roof spoiler are a little yellow but otherwise its like new. its a little dusty in the pics as i had just got it but squeeky clean now
