highflyer 73 Posted April 8, 2010 I'll start it off with Corvette Summer (made in 1978). The BAD GUY (Wayne) drove a Black 1972 Pontiac Trans Am featuring a customized hood with both "Ram Air" scoops and "The Shaker". The Corvette This car is classic American MUSCLE and a looker also, I included a video of the chase scene so have a look. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaOD7mD2P7U...layer_embedded#

taliesin 260 Posted April 10, 2010 Not sure if he is a proper bad guy or not, but anyone who cuts up a perfectly good Jaguar is a bit of a villain in my book: http://www.imcdb.org/images/006/262.jpg The Jaguar custom Hearse from Harold and Maude is very cool looking, even if Harold did molest old ladies and Jaguars. Very naughty!

highflyer 73 Posted April 10, 2010 Can anyone name the black car and the race car driven by the Bad Guy in the movie Shaker Run, made Downunder in 1985. Video below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vUKZMYCbRY...feature=related
bugjammer 2 Posted April 11, 2010 The black car I think is a Holden HQ Ute - just like toady had in neighbours as for the race car I'm torn between a MK 1 Capri or a Skoda Rapide - I dont normally get those 2 mixed up but both were popular in the early 80s as Thunder Saloons, those things were great, I remember seeing them rumble their way round Brands, leaving stripes of rubber as they accelerated out of druids - sorry wandered of topic there a bit.... Stop Press! just found this http://www.imcdb.org/movie_90006-Shaker-Run.html - It was a Capri! And Wolfdog - I've been looking for that film for ages - it was a Herbie 'made for TV' and the evil Herbie was called Horace
wolfdogstinkus 1893 Posted April 11, 2010 @ Bugjammer, it's a Love bug remake made in 1995 I think? I have it on VHS somewhere
bugjammer 2 Posted April 11, 2010 I do seem to remember it wasn't that good lol and I'm quite surprised that with this being a model car forum nobody has mentioned the modified RC10 used in the Clint Eastwood film 'The Dead Pool' - bad guy car and RC http://www.robobugs.net/Test_WP_Site/galle...-controlled-car

Oh, 'The Dead Pool' Corvette RC was discussed in a thread about R/C on TV some time ago. It does qualify as a bad guy car, just a small car
Singapore_959 18 Posted April 11, 2010 Lola T70 in Thx1138 (minus the addons) So very seldom that a genuine race car is used in a film. Plenty of cool cars in the Avengers and Italian job 70s years
