Tamiya X-1

My local Hobby shop seems to only have the tamiya x-1 paint pens in stock. Do I need to ask them to order PS paint pens or will the x-1 work just fine for detailing the outside of a lexan shell? (panel lines etc)

I just use a sharpie (or similar) permanant marker

X1 Paint Marker is a chisel tip... imho too fat to even do panel lines on a 1:1

Sharpie's actually got a paint marker with a pretty fine tip on it. I may have to go raid my local art supply store
