Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, am currently rebuilding the shocks and would like some advice on which current day piston rod (if any) will fit the front and rear dampers.

Will the Hotshot Rear Oval Block (9805111) Tyres fit the Tamiya Avante (50347) wheels?

Not sure about the shocks, but yes, Hot Shot rear oval blocks will fit Avante wheels. Avante tires are the same as the Super Shot rears, which are the same dimensions as the Hot Shot oval block wheels.

Afternoon everyone... what ESC/motor combo would you recommend to power her?

Would the HobbyWing ESC Combo (EZRUN series) be good enough?

Suggestions please :)

8.5 would probably be the limit. Maybe even too much. I run my Vanquish with a Tamiya Super Stock TZ (23T) cause I'm afraid to break anything. C-hubs and front gearbox would set you back a small fortune...
