Does anybody rember the series "HotShot"

Today i suddenly remembered that many years ago an Australian tv-serie was on tv here in Holland. If i'm correct it was called "hotshots" or "Hotshot". It was about a group of young guys wich were into the RC-hobby toghether. One of the guys moms was kiddnapped because she was able to produce fals money with somekind of supercomputer. When the guys discovered where the women was held, they used RC-cars and helicoters to free her.

I also now there is one scene that one of these guys got a present from a girl. It was a Tamiya Porsche 956. The car went into a supermarket and created a mess around there.

Maby you guys think i'm drunk [] but i hope some one else remembers this series. I'm looking for more detailes here.

I remember seeing it many years ago. It was called 'Hotshots' and it was actually made in New Zealand. It was based in the Auckland area and I was recently told that one of the local RC clubs helped out with the production. I'm very surprised that it was screened in Holland.

From memory the acting (infact the whole series) was a bit amateurish. I do remember an RC car being run over by a full sized car - can't remember what it was, just hope it wasn't a Tamiya[:0]
