all my batteries have a balance harness built in. how do i connect my blinky balancer to a battery like this?

i got this pack in a lot i bought off a guy. ($100.00 usd for 3 cars, a b4 with a novak gtb brushless setup and this battery, a tamiya ff02 that looks new and an old traxxas spirit)

thanks for your help.

You can either use something like this from Hyperion (LBA-10-CAR adapter) and bypass your balance board:

...or buy/build a battery plug like this to use your existing balance board:

Who makes a plug like the one pictured? (Actually, one with a Traxxas connector)

Any links?

Thanks!

when you connect lipo to the charger, first connect balance plug, then connect + plug, then - plug.

It is good to do this in the correct order like this.

I know for a fact that iCharger chargers may actually fail catastrophically if you do not do it in this order.

both my neighbors have those tenergy batteries that came with those connectors, i may just borrrow one so i can charge it. i use a blinky balancer because my triton jr doesn't balance.

i'll make one or buy one with deans connectors.

I looked a little and couldn't find the adapter by itself. Does anyone know if the adapter is available separately?

Thanks!

lordy you robbed him blind :P

he robbed me in the past, it was my turn. he pratically begged me to take the b4 because he's "afraid of brushless and lipo" lol
