little better than a toy store brand. My thoughts are that you will eventually need parts. do you have a place you can buy parts from?

The experience of people down here in Australia with the Chadori buggies was that they were cheap..... and you got what you paid for, unfortunately. I think from memory there was concerns about the specific kind of cheese that they made the plastics out of... :D

They were touted here as a cheap way to get a raceable buggy for entry level, until people actually started using them. Entry level = crashes. Plastic made of cheese = breakages.

Like Shodog says, if you have no access to a lot of cheap parts, I'd give it a miss. If you do have access to lots of parts, I personally still wouldn't consider them. Not often I recommend Tamiya over something...... but in this case, I recommend getting something Tamiya... ir any other brand, for that matter!
