The experience of people down here in Australia with the Chadori buggies was that they were cheap..... and you got what you paid for, unfortunately. I think from memory there was concerns about the specific kind of cheese that they made the plastics out of...

They were touted here as a cheap way to get a raceable buggy for entry level, until people actually started using them. Entry level = crashes. Plastic made of cheese = breakages.

Like Shodog says, if you have no access to a lot of cheap parts, I'd give it a miss. If you do have access to lots of parts, I personally still wouldn't consider them. Not often I recommend Tamiya over something...... but in this case, I recommend getting something Tamiya... ir any other brand, for that matter!
