Calling all Jugg2 owners.....

I've recently bought one of these beasties, have driven it a couple of times and have noticed its quite bouncy on the standard spiring setup (and the standard shocks look pretty rubbish). Is it worth getting oil shocks for it??.

I've got 3 ideas in my head...

1. Get a set of OEM oil shocks off ebay for around £46

2. Try to find a complete set of tamiya gold shocks for around £50 (The OEM shocks seem better as the springs go all the way up the shock body, but the tamiya ones will probably have a better spring rate)

3. Get 2 sets of Hi-lift red anodised shocks. I know these aren't are actually oil shocks and don't give hardly any damping, but they look fantastic with the thick pistons. The downside is they will be awkard to mount with the funny little ball insert spacer thingys you get with the hi lift.

So I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has put oil shocks on their jugg to see if they're worth bothering with. Was also wondering whether to use oil dampers without springs fitted and just rely on the leaf springs.

Also, whilst I'm picking the collective brains, I'd also like to light it up. I'd like to have the rollbar lit up, indicators, brake lights, reversing lights, and headlights. I've noticed the original bodyshell has blanks at the back where the F350 light cluster is, so I'll have to modify the rear end with some Hi lift bits to accomodate this. What do I need to add all the lightwork in. I'm assuming a TLU02 and at least 1 TLU01 units plus some LEDs. Will I get away with one TLu01 unit, or will I need 2 for all the various leds? I've also noticed that tamiyas LED kits and quite expensive. Can you use standard 5V LEDs from RS instead ???

Thanks....
