What do you use once you have sprayed your body shells to stop Nitro fuel stripping the paint.

I had a fantastic design, ran the car and now semi stripped shell.

I airbrush with Pactra mainly.

Should i use polycarb Tamiya/custom colour paint over the completed design?

yep, just back it with a coat of Tamiya PS black/white/silver

and that'll fuelproof it fine.

I use Fascolor and that gets attacked by even just hot water;

just a light coat of Tamiya PS makes it waterproof.

Helger sidtribute stuff called Nitro Blocker, it seals in paint and is ace on nitro cars but also good to stop paint rubbing off on normal shells.

The Nitro will affect most if not ALL paint that we use to paint Lexan shells.
