Kyosho Scorpion Screw Bags

Hi, if I am restoring a Tamiya I just go and get the screw bags if I want the original hardware.

But what do I do with Kyosho vintage RC's?

There are no screw bags listed in the manual for e.g. Scorpion.

Did Kyosho ever make the spare screws for Scorpion available in packs? If so what is the item code for the packs?

Looks like I may have found a clue. There is a parts bag with SC77 item code and it's a hardware bag (of screws) from Graupner, the German distributor for Kyosho, I found it here ;-

...the odd thing is that there is no mention of SC77 in either the Scorpion or Turbo Scorpion manual. Very odd. So I don't know whether the SC77 is for the original Scorpion or for the Turbo Scorpion!

Any help on this one would be most welcome!

Kyosho did make packs of "Spare screws" available which has in it a few of each size and also they offered packs of various sizes, all are 4 digit parts numbers, cant recall them off hand but they are somewhere after 1000 and before 1285 i think, i know the parts 1104 is a screw set M3x14?.

Not much help i know but im going off memory and seeing one on a site somewhere.

Hi Alistair, The SC77 is Tomahawk Screw set, will work for all the other (scorpion, beetle, Turbo Scorpion) see it here:
