Tires for Baseball Diamond??

Well, like the topic says.

Local driving has almost always been limited to a huge parking lot, grass field and a Baseball diamond. As much fun as spinning out of control at the slightest touch of throttle is, it would be nice to get some straigh lines in there as well. Between myself and my friend we have an army of cars that could be used, so really any rim size is fine, especially with things like HPI adapters.

So anyone have a favorite size, shape, color of tire for hitting the old baseball diamond??

I ran the standard Block patern tire thats stock on most of the rally cars ie: Ford Focus WRC. Ran well on the red dirt!

Hard packed dirt/sand? try some soft buggy rubber with mini-pins.

try proline step pins - work gr8 on surfaces with a hard dirt under neath a loose top surface.

I agree with the above - mini pins bite well into dirt from packed to slightly loose.
