Special Small Screws - Any Ideas Where To Get Them From?

Hey guys,

I need a few screws of size No.2 X 6.7mm, No.2.6 X 8mm and No.3 X 18mm for an old vintage I need to complete.

I also need a few 'C rings' size seems to be about 9.5mm from top to bottom and from side to side. (I measured the instruction booklet as it doesn't have the measurements on it, just actual sizes printed!

Any suggestions would be fab! I've been collecting other screws over the last couple of months, but just need these final few to have all ready to build my car
