The US is finally going to have its 1st 24hour RC race. the 24 Heures of Jackson in Jackson, NJ. monster thread on rctech and they've filled the field with 12 prepaid teams runnin equal TT01E kits they'll receive that morning.

Sept 25/26, coming up on us fast. so schweet. you folks across the pond sure know how to do great events. i think us yanks only know how to 'race' or at least have 'races'.

24 hrs. of racing? How many cars each team gets; how many drivers per team; and how long is each race?.

Well Im guessing by the title that THE race will be 24 hour long. We have held some endurance races at our club in past but only talking an hour or so.

does the clock start when the new kits are received?

i mean, in the 24 hour race where the drivers have to leg it to the car then get going, in this case you have to build the kit then get it on the track?

sounds like fun!
