My Japanese is not great but I think that it is for a Marui Ninja.

Ran it past the wife (Japanese is her native language) and it is a Marui Ninja rear stabiliser .

Thank you for all the help and insight.. I thought it was a Marui Part myself, but wanted to be sure.
