Sand Scorcher Battery

I finally have a battery that fits and worked well in my Sand Scorcher. I bought a 2200mah 25C Lipo from Digpower on Ebay for $22 posted. I wanted a battery that would fit without modifying the radio box. It fits with room to spare and has plenty of power to run the 13T Ezerun brushless system I have in the scorcher. I ran it this morning for over 10 minutes and was still going so not bad runtime, would be better with the standard 540. This battery is a much better option than the LiFe on Tamiya expect us to run in the car. I think I might get another one.

My friend I got a same battery for $9.00 brand new. So I got 2 for 25.00 includes shipping. Also did you add a battery cutoff for your lipo setup.

Yeah thats about right Smegs, I paid about $10 Australian and the rest was postage to Oz. Sucks how sometimes the postage to here is more expensive than the product but on the up side it still works out much cheaper than the shops here. I'm running an Ezrun brushless system in the SS. It has built in Lipo cut-off which I have set at 6.4v.

what charger do you use for that . im in oz now just got a few batteries from a good reputed ebayer and im over the moon . get 25 mins and about 12 to 15 on the beach. . share the wealth buddy !
