Guys!! Im getting a NIB Mountaineer later today. This guy called me this morning and asked if Im the one interested in the 3-speed trucks.

On conformation he said he has a NIB Mounty - not touched in a MINT box he want to sell. Needless to say I immediately took it. Will fetch it during the weekend!!!!

I posted the same thing in another thread for another model but I say 'Build It' The fun of having the box is only a fraction of the pleasure you will get from building it.

And if you got it for a good price, the price it will be worth as a new built, will still make it a good deal.

If you paid over the odds for it or bought it just as an investment, then wrap it up in brown paper and put it in a dark cool corner of your loft/celler.

I would say, build it and keep it on display.

The box is in beautiful condition which is a very rare find.

For some I have BAD news, For other GOOD News

It Will ........SIB (stay in box)

One of the reasons being I have A runner Mounty that will get restored as a mint runner shortly - so no need to wreck the NIB

BUT if it wasnt for the mounty runner .....ummmmmmmmmm
