For Sale Or Swap: Ultima Pro Not Complete

I have an old ultima Pro which I was given a few years back. It was always my intention to restore it as I love the look of them, but am never going to be able to do it justice, and so have decided to move it on. I will consider offers of cash, or for swapping it with another buggy, newer and preferably tamiya but just as good looking (does one exist? )

Hmmmmm, sounds like a good idea, but think it would just become a shelved item as I wouldn't have use for it. May still consider it though if no one shows any signs of producing a buggy.

What sort of state is the transmisssion in ? As you listed the car as incomplete this is quite important ! Are the diff/ drive cups / drive shafts present, and are there any shafts / gears missing from the transmission ?

Also, does it have a gear diff or ball diff ?

It's also difficult to see if the left uprights front and rear are present, could you fill us in. Also, can you PM with a cash price please.

Regarding price, I really don't know what the Ultima Pros are worth as projects. They seem to be rare on ebay, so no real clues there.

There's a used chassis on ebay currently with a start price of £6 and no bids at the moment. There's a NIB Ultima Pro XL in the States for $600.

OK, I'll check the manual to see what type of diff it is. It must be complete though, because turning the drive shafts they perform as they should! There are some more bits in a box which looks like it includes drive shafts, cups etc in. I'll have a sort out later and add another photo then.
