Do drift wheels only fit drift tires on?

Or can I use drift wheels with normal tires?

You can fit normal tyres to drift wheels and drift tyres on to normal wheels as long as the wheel and tyre are the same size.

if you're talking about tamiya, yes

other brands like yokomo however, their drift wheels do not have grooves that seat normal the tires properly, so they dismount by themselves when you run them.

bottom line, if the wheel has a seat groove then yes, if it doesn't then no

Yes those look fine. As long as you use 26mm tyres on those 26mm wheels you should be fine. You might want to use some decent inserts and glue the tyres if you're going to run them. And another yes on the 5mm for the offset on those wheels.
