A quality battery for £3?

This guy is selling batteries for £3 a time. I love his descrition saying

Thats where i have been going wrong. I always spend £30 plus on a pack of batteries (Usually nearer £40) All this time i could have had the best for £3! Maybe this is a genuine bargain but i think not.

he states that the fast charge rate is 360 mah.....hard to say if they

are sub c type cells.for $3 i wouldnt expect much.when i was a battery technition,for $3 i could buy 1 sub c 1700mah.
